After trying the Heart Molds similar to this product, I decided to try the Easter Bunny ones for a party. I did not use sticks for my sugar cookies and found they worked fine. Once again I found that the suggested cooling was is a bit low, suggesting 5 minutes. They are just to soft to get out of the pan at this point, so I wait at least 10 minutes.
My only real difficulty was that it was very difficult to see the facial imprints on the cooked cookies. I thought that I had pushed the dough into the mold pretty well but some of them came out with marks you could hardly see at all. Not a big deal, because you can pretty much decide where you want your own eyes etc anyway.
I made some heavily decorated with frosting and some that just had their eyes, nose and mouth. My guests loved both!

Everyone else is spot on with these racks – they’re excellent. It makes a huge different to be able to stack these up on your counter as opposed to laying out cooling racks everywhere. We filled up 2 of these (6 tiers in all) easily with holiday cookies and it doesn’t take long to appreciate the stacking design.
However, I just can’t give it 5 stars because the wires are spaced too far apart for me. If you’re looking for a cooling rack that has smaller spacing between wires (for small and delicate items), you’ll want to keep on looking. These are great for 90% of baked items but if they had smaller gaps, they’d be perfect.

This is a sort of “not review” — that is, I didn’t get this one, and I regret it. I found a cheaper version of this somewhere else a few years ago. The bite-sized muffins (or brownies!) are fun (and a great way to use up a little extra batter from whatever you’re making), but the pan I got is tin-plated steel, which means it pretty much started rusting the minute they made it. So my advice to you is that paying less for cheap junk is not necessarily a bargain in this case. You’re likely to be happier with a high-quality aluminum pan like this one than with a rusty one.

I had some extra poundcake batter and tried using this pan. I buttered and floured the pan, and the wedding cake slid out easily. It was very cute. I haven’t tried the recipes on the pan so I don’t know if they work or not.
