Carbs are Evil?
Carbohydrates have a bad reputation. With Dr. Atkins low GI diet. Everyone says that is the carbohydrate which caused the terrible enemy of fat that should be avoided at all costs if you want to shrink your gut.
They deserve that carbohydrates reputation? Potatoes are really the enemy of the diet in the world? From my point of view and does not really seem so.
